A PRINT book begins with vision and strategy.
Upon the project’s inception, mood boards and concepts
are presented. A vocabulary is established. Typefaces and styles
are selected with the client’s close collaboration.
PRINT provides all creative and editorial direction if needed or follows
a client’s house style in keeping with the project purpose.
PRINT’s service-based approach to publishing includes presenting
at least three design directions of each book component from the
cover to its interior pages. Hard case materials and papers are shared
based on the design direction.
Depending on each client’s objectives, PRINT visits headquarters and
archives for product curation and on-site project management.
PRINT commissions and directs leading journalists and/or
photographers as necessary to best capture the tone and spirit of each
client and realize the book’s goals.
